RightRep — AI Health & Wellness Companion

Train, eat, care — done right.

RightRep is an AI-powered health & wellness companion for Android, iOS and the web — for training, nutrition and the people who support you. It watches you exercise through your camera, checks your form joint by joint in real time, counts your reps, and scores every single one — all with on-device pose analysis. Around that core it tracks calories and hydration from a photo of your meal, builds AI training plans and a guardrailed coach chat, follows your GPS runs and walking gait, and shares your progress with the people who support you through a consent-gated care circle. No wearables, no guessing. It is built for anyone who trains without a personal trainer watching: get coach-grade form feedback on every set, for the price of a coffee.

How it works

Point your camera at your working area and start a session. RightRep runs pose estimation entirely on your device, tracking your joints live while you lift:

• Color-coded skeleton overlay — every monitored joint turns green when in position, amber when drifting and red when out of form, so you see problems the moment they happen.
• Priority coaching cues — a banner tells you exactly what to fix ("Chest up", "Keep elbows pinned"), and tempo checks catch rushed reps.
• Rep counting & scoring — only complete repetitions count, and each one gets a 0–100 quality score. Watch your average form score build from session to session.
• Shareable videos — record your sets with the skeleton overlay burned in and share them anywhere, or post them to the optional community feed.

Features

• Real-time form validation for 46 bundled exercises — squat, deadlift, bench press, leg press, lat pulldown, cable crunch and more — each with its own validated positioning ruleset.
• AI machine scan — photograph any gym machine and AI identifies it and builds a complete exercise profile for your library.
• GPS run tracking — distance, pace and route map, working even with the screen locked.
• Walking gait analysis — cadence, stride symmetry, foot strike, trunk lean, knee valgus and pronation proxies from a guided two-pass recording, plus a deterministic shoe recommendation with an optional AI explainer.
• AI calorie tracking — photograph or describe a meal and log the estimated calorie breakdown against your daily target.
• Hydration tracking — one-tap water, coffee, tea and other drink logging against a daily goal.
• Meal reminders — never miss a log.
• AI training plans & coach chat — a personalized multi-week plan built from your goal, schedule and equipment, plus a guardrailed chat coach for training and lifestyle questions.
• History & trends — every session stored locally, with a form-score trend chart across your last workouts.
• Community feed & social — share sessions, follow athletes and browse what others are training (optional; publishing requires an account).
• Care circle — consent-gated, read-only sharing of your dashboard with the people who support you; supporters can assign calorie/water targets and training plans that you accept on your own terms.
• Learning center — short lessons on technique, nutrition and training concepts.

Health & safety

RightRep is a wellness tool, not a medical device. Form feedback, calorie estimates, AI coaching and shoe recommendations are general guidance — never medical, nutrition or physiotherapy advice. They do not replace a doctor, dietitian/nutritionist or physiotherapist. Consult a qualified professional before starting an exercise program or changing your diet, and stop any activity that causes pain or discomfort. Every new user acknowledges this during onboarding. Read the full Terms of Use.

Privacy first

Pose analysis runs entirely on your device — the camera feed never leaves your phone. A small number of optional photo features (meal estimates, machine scans and shoe advice) send a single compressed photo to our authenticated server, which forwards it to an AI vision service solely to generate your result; media is never used to train AI models. Photos and videos are uploaded only when you explicitly publish them to the feed. Read the full privacy policy.
