These Terms govern your use of the RightRep app ("the App"). By creating an account or using the App you accept them.
The App helps you pursue a healthier lifestyle, but it is a wellness tool — not a medical device. The fitness, gait, posture, hydration and nutrition information it provides (in part generated by automated AI analysis, including calorie estimates, coaching suggestions and shoe recommendations) is for general wellness purposes only and is not medical, nutrition or physiotherapy advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It does not replace a doctor, dietitian/nutritionist or physiotherapist. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any exercise program, changing your diet, or if you have a medical condition, injury or persistent pain. Stop any activity that causes pain, discomfort, dizziness or shortness of breath, and in an emergency contact your local emergency services.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
The App offers auto-renewing subscriptions (RightRep Monthly and RightRep Yearly) and a one-time lifetime purchase (RightRep Lifetime).
You may not misuse the App, attempt to circumvent plan limits or entitlements, resell access, or use the App in a way that violates applicable law.
When you publish a video or photo to the App's public feed, you keep ownership of your content but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to store, display, and distribute it within the App. Only publish content you have the right to share, and never content that is unlawful, offensive, or infringes others' rights or privacy. You can delete your own posts at any time; we may remove content that violates these Terms.
The App and its content are provided under a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence for your personal, non-commercial use.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated analyses may be inaccurate or incomplete.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App's providers are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
These Terms are between you and the App's provider. Apple is not a party and has no obligation to maintain or support the App. In case of conflict regarding subscriptions, Apple's then-current App Store Terms of Service prevail.
We may update these Terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
