How much does RightRep cost?
RightRep is free to download and use — the exercise library, session history, dashboard, trends, live form checks, GPS runs and training plans are free forever. Every new account starts with a 7-day free trial of Pro; after that RightRep Pro costs $9.99/month or $99.99/year. Your app store charges in local currency where applicable, and you can cancel anytime.
What happens when the 7-day free trial ends?
The trial that comes with every account needs no purchase and simply expires after 7 days — you drop to the free tier (history, dashboard, exercise library, live form checks and GPS runs keep working) and nothing is charged. When you subscribe to Pro, that subscription starts with its own 7-day free trial: if you don't cancel it before the end, it converts to a paid auto-renewing subscription billed monthly or yearly.
What payment methods can I use?
On Android and iOS, subscriptions are billed by Google Play or the App Store using the payment methods saved in your store account, in your local currency where available. On the web app you can subscribe directly through the web billing portal.
How do I cancel, and can I get a refund?
Cancel anytime in your App Store account settings, Google Play subscriptions or the web billing portal. Cancellation stops the next charge and takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep Pro until then. Refund requests go through your store's policy (Apple and Google handle them directly); no partial refunds are issued for the current period.
What counts against the daily AI quotas?
The daily quotas cover the features that call AI models: meal and pet-meal estimates from photos or descriptions, Machine Scan profiles, shoe advice, the walking gait AI explainer and AI coach chat messages. While on the trial or Pro you get 10 uses of each per day. On-device features never count: live form sessions keep their own 10/day allowance on every plan, and GPS runs and training plans are unlimited.
Does Pro work across all my devices?
Yes. RightRep runs on Android, iOS and as a web app. Subscriptions are managed by the store you bought from — sign in with the same RightRep account and your Pro entitlement and synced data follow you across your devices.
