COMPARE

RightRep vs Treino App.
An honest look.

"Treino App: Exercícios em Casa" (listed as "Fitness App: Gym Workout Plan" on the US storefront and "Fitness Treino: Casa, Academia" on Brazilian Google Play; developer FITNESS ONLINE MChJ, Tashkent, Uzbekistan; iOS app id 1114387800, first released 2016-09-15, now at v1.28.0; Android fitness.online.app, 5M+ downloads) is the utility-library floor pole of this comparison family: where Nike Training Club streams a brand library and FitOn gives away the celebrity catalog, Fitness Online's app sells the floor itself — a static library of "over 850 exercises with high-quality 3D animations" (its US store description; its own site says "over 500"), ready-made programs "created by bodybuilding champions who act as coaches," a diet tracker over "over 5000 food products" (site: "4500+"), a workout diary, and — new in 2026 — an AI Assistant that "can build a complete plan in chat with workout days, exercises, sets, reps, and weights." No video production, no celebrity roster: 3D models and tables, offline by nature, behind exactly two doors — $6.99/month · $59.99/year US · R$ 14,90/month · R$ 139,90/year BR (iOS listings, 2026-09-30) — over "the first three workouts of every program … completely free" (the developer's own Play reply). Its Brazil footprint is why this page exists: 4.85★ across 100,046 Brazilian ratings at №46 of the BR top-free Health & Fitness chart (US: 4.74★ · 36,227, №192), with a BR base roughly 2.8× its US one — the largest uncovered Brazil scale in this program. What ten years of 3D animation never bought is the watching: no camera coaching, no pose estimation, no rep counting, no form feedback on any surface (absence verified 2026-09-30) — the diary is self-report, and the photos the app collects are for product personalization, not coaching. RightRep is the other half of the question: the camera pointed at you — 33 body landmarks per frame measured on the device, faults flagged joint-by-joint, spoken cues mid-rep in pt-BR first, a 0–100 score for every completed repetition — with the live-form camera never paywalled. Every Treino App claim on this page is cited to its own materials or named sources, and the places where the Treino App clearly wins are listed as plainly as the rest.

The two products

What each one is, in its own words — before the side-by-side.

🦾

Treino App (Fitness Online)

A 3D-animated workout library — home and gym programs shown as animated exercise demonstrations, sold library-first. "Our fitness app offers full body workout plans with many 3D workout exercises for free" is the store's own first line; "Over 850 exercises with high-quality 3D animations" the count claim (the site says "Over 500 exercises with high-quality live animations" — each figure pinned to its surface below). Programs span weight loss, muscle gain, abs, glutes, arms, endurance, powerlifting and postpartum recovery, "created by bodybuilding champions who act as coaches" (their claim, quoted as theirs); the diet side carries "Over 5000 food products with nutrition facts, calorie counter and food tracker" (site: 4500+). The floor is the legible sentence: "The first three workouts of every program are completely free" (developer reply on Play). New in 2026, an AI Assistant "can build a complete plan in chat with workout days, exercises, sets, reps, and weights" — generation, not observation. On top rides a human-trainer marketplace ("Contratação de personal trainer on-line com monitoramento por taxa mensal," the BR listing) whose Terms of Use state that "The Trainer independently sets the cost of their services," that payments are "made directly, bypassing the Company," and that "The Company is NOT LIABLE for the actions of the Trainer." 4.85★ · 100,046 BR (№46 top-free) · 4.74★ · 36,227 US (№192) · Play 5M+ downloads · 82.7K reviews @ 4.5 US-vantage / 4.9 BR-vantage.

📱

RightRep

A live form coach with the camera pointed at the set: prop the phone against your water bottle and the camera stack watches the workout — 33 body landmarks per frame measured on the device, faults flagged joint-by-joint, spoken cues mid-rep, a 0–100 score for every completed repetition, counted live. Around it: per-rep and per-session history with a form-score line over the last 20 sessions, volume and progression analytics, a weekly recap, GPS run/walk recording with gait analysis, race-goal training plans, photo AI meal estimates with per-item macros, protein-first macro targets with an adaptive calorie goal, and a weekly AI nutrition review. Live form checks, GPS runs and training plans are free forever — and so are 10 photo-AI meal estimates a day; the AI features beyond that come with the 7-day free trial every account starts with, then Pro at $9.99/month or $99.99/year. One door, priced in public.

The same eight questions, asked of each product.

QuestionTreino AppRightRep
What is the product built around? The animated library — 3D exercise demonstrations with worked-muscle views, food tables, an encyclopedia and a diary; 3D models are assets, so it works offline by natureThe filmed workout and the photographed plate — one camera stack for the gym floor and the kitchen table
What happens during a set?Nobody watches — no camera coaching, no pose estimation, no rep counting, no form feedback on any surface (absence verified 2026-09-30); the iOS photos the app collects are labeled Product Personalization, not coachingThe camera measures it — 33 body landmarks per frame on the device, faults flagged joint-by-joint, spoken cues mid-rep
Reps, load & progression data?Self-logged workout diary and trackers — "Se vc esquece de colocar no mesmo dia, já era" (BR 3★, 2026-09-30); no observed rep exists anywhere in the productEvery completed rep counted live and scored 0–100; per-rep and per-session history, form-score line over the last 20 sessions, volume analytics
Programs & planning?Ready programs "created by bodybuilding champions who act as coaches" + a new AI Assistant that "can build a complete plan in chat with workout days, exercises, sets, reps, and weights" (Play What's New, Aug 2026)AI training plans — race goals, taper, adaptive — plus the demo-clip exercise library and 46 bundled Position Profiles
Home / no equipment? The core posture — the BR storefront is literally titled "Exercícios em Casa," with women's home/abs tracks in the subtitleNo-equipment home mode with the same live form coaching — the camera works in the living room too
Running & cardio?None surfaced — no GPS recording, no run screen in any of the three storefront listingsGPS run/walk/hike/ride recording with gait analysis in the same app, free forever
Nutrition?A lookup database — "over 5000 food products" (store; site says 4500+) with nutrition-facts tables, calorie counter and diet plansPhoto AI meal estimates (name, calories, per-item macros) with fix-the-estimate, hydration, protein-first targets, an adaptive calorie goal and a weekly AI review
Price, devices & languages?"The first three workouts of every program are completely free," then two doors: $6.99/month · $59.99/year US · R$ 14,90/month · R$ 139,90/year BR (iOS, 2026-09-30); trainer services priced per trainer, paid direct; iOS 15.0+ · watchOS 10+ (no Wear OS companion surfaced) · 17 languages incl. Treino App column per Fitness Online's own listings, fitnessonline.app and named sources (sources below). RightRep column per shipped behavior — the features page documents each row.

Where RightRep wins

The honest case for our side — grounded in what the app does today.

🎥

The camera, pointed at the body

The 3D animation shows the perfect rep; it never sees yours. No camera coaching, no pose estimation, no rep counting, no form feedback exists on any Treino App surface — the demonstration happens before the set and the product has no way to know what happened during it. RightRep's camera looks at you: 33 body landmarks per frame measured on the device, faults flagged joint-by-joint, spoken cues mid-rep while there is still time to fix the rep, a 0–100 score for every completed repetition. A model can demonstrate the tenth squat; it cannot tell you whether the first nine were any good. That half of the loop is the whole of ours.

🧠

Observation vs generation — also against the new AI

Their AI Assistant (Play What's New, Aug 2026) "can build a complete plan in chat with workout days, exercises, sets, reps, and weights" — and this page does not answer it with "we have AI too," because that is not the argument. Their AI writes the plan; nobody in their product sees it executed. RightRep's loop closes the other half: the set is filmed, the reps counted live and scored 0–100, per-rep and per-session history accumulates with a form-score line over the last 20 sessions, volume and strength analytics, a weekly recap — and the AI training plans read that observed history. A plan that cannot see its own execution is a document; ours checks its own homework.

📈

A record that writes itself

Their workout diary is self-report, and reviewers feel the friction: "Queria poder colocar 'treino feito' em dias que já fiz treino mas esqueci… Se vc esquece de colocar no mesmo dia, já era" (BR 3★, 2026-09-30) — the log fails exactly on the days you need it most. When the camera does the counting, the record cannot be forgotten: every observed set lands in history, the analytics are computed off what actually happened, and the weekly recap arrives without anyone tapping a diary entry. Self-report is a chore with gaps; observation is a byproduct.

🗣️

A coach that speaks during the set, on both watch platforms

Their localization is real and conceded — a fully pt-BR BR storefront under its own title, 17 languages including Portuguese. But nothing in the product speaks during the set, because nothing is watching to speak about. RightRep's spoken coach cues mid-rep in pt-BR first — depth, tempo, faults, while there is time to fix the rep — and the same app records GPS runs with gait analysis (no GPS surface exists in any of their listings) and ships Apple Watch and Wear OS companions un-gated, where their wearable surface is Apple Watch only (watchOS 10+). For the Brazilian living room, that is the difference between reading a demonstration and being coached through the set.

Where the Treino App wins

The other side of the comparison — because a page that only praises one column is an ad.

Brazil scale and tenure no young product copies

100,046 Brazilian ratings at 4.85★, №46 of the BR top-free Health & Fitness chart, from an app shipping since 2016 — a decade of ratings velocity, and the largest uncovered Brazil footprint in this comparison program, ahead of Nike Training Club's 91,739 BR. The BR base runs roughly 2.8× the US one (36,227): this is a Brazil-first product in a way none of the eleven apps covered before it is, and its BR title — "Treino App: Exercícios em Casa" — literally answers the head query. The tenure reads in the reviews ("Занимаюсь по этому приложению уже 2 года стабильно! Без травм" — training by this app for two years steadily, US 5★). This page does not pretend a younger product matches ten years of compounding trust; it argues about what happens during the set.

3D-animation clarity, offline by nature

"Over 850 exercises with high-quality 3D animations" (their store claim; their site says "over 500" — both pinned to their surfaces below) with views of which muscles work — the demonstration value of video without streaming, downloads or Wi-Fi dependence, in a 219 MB package, at 4.85★ BR. For gym machines and anatomy questions, a rotating 3D model with muscle highlights can genuinely beat a photo set or a clip — every wave-3 video app in this family streams instead, and Freeletics' own reviewed con is "Can't download workouts." Where the question is "which muscle does this work, and how does the movement go," their floor is excellent, and it works in the basement with no signal.

One subscription: home + gym + the diet database

Home and gym programs, women's, postpartum-recovery and powerlifting tracks, and a diet tracker over "over 5000 food products" (store; site 4500+) with calorie counting and diet plans — inside the same subscription at R$ 14,90/month. That breadth-per-real is matched in this family only by BetterMe's bundle, and BetterMe sells it through a quiz funnel and ten IAP doors; here it is two doors and no funnel. For the buyer who wants one app covering both floors plus food tables, the bundle is real, and this page says so.

The most legible free floor in the family

"The first three workouts of every program are completely free" — the developer's own Play reply, and the cleanest free-floor sentence any app in this program has written: you can price the whole decision in one read, try the actual programs you'd subscribe to, then face exactly two doors ($6.99/month · $59.99/year US · R$ 14,90/month · R$ 139,90/year BR) with no bundle matrix to decode. Our free tier keeps the camera, GPS and plans free forever but gates the AI features behind a 7-day trial; theirs lets you walk the shelves before the wall. Both floors are honest — theirs is easier to read in one sentence.

A human at the end of the chat

The trainer marketplace sells the thing an app cannot generate: a person. "Contratação de personal trainer on-line com monitoramento por taxa mensal" (BR listing), "Talk to trainers… get feedback from trainers" (their site) — self-priced humans, messenger contact, monthly remote training, in any city. RightRep's coach chat is AI; theirs is people. The Terms of Use posture around those humans is quoted verbatim where it matters (FAQ and sources below) — "The Trainer independently sets the cost of their services," payments "made directly, bypassing the Company," "The Company is NOT LIABLE for the actions of the Trainer" — stated as their document reads, nothing added. The human option is theirs, and this page does not argue it away.

Simplicity as the product

Two doors, tables instead of streams, no quiz funnel, no bundle matrix, no per-trainer tiers to compare — the whole purchase is one sentence and two prices. The review rhythm rewards it: 4.85★ BR and 4.9 on Play's BR vantage, with the rest-timer praise standing in for the product's feel ("Bom demais pra botar ritmo no treino e tempo de descanso," BR 5★). RightRep is a camera product with more surfaces to understand — profiles, scores, analytics, GPS. If the deciding row is "smallest possible decision," that row is theirs, stated plainly.

The honest summary: ten years of 3D-animated demonstrations, the biggest Brazil base this program has covered, both workout floors plus a 5000+-food database behind two readable doors, and a human trainer a message away? That's the Treino App, and as an animated library it is the best-scaled floor in this market. A camera that counts and scores every rep, remembers the load, records the run and estimates the plate — coaching in the home language with the watching never paywalled? That's the job an animation library doesn't try: the animation shows the perfect rep; it never sees yours.

How RightRep's form check works

What actually happens between "prop the phone" and the scored set.

🎥

Prop the phone, start the set

Lean the phone against your water bottle, pick the exercise, go. The pose model tracks 33 body landmarks per frame, measured on the device — the live-check video is not uploaded, and the camera works before any account exists.

🔊

Cues mid-rep, a score at the top

Faults are flagged joint-by-joint against readable rules — 46 bundled Position Profiles today, and Machine Scan drafts a new one from a photo of an unfamiliar machine — with spoken cues arriving mid-rep while there is still time to fix the rep. Every completed repetition is counted and scored 0–100.

📈

The history that coaches back

Each set lands in a per-rep and per-session history: a form-score line over the last 20 sessions, volume and progression analytics, a weekly recap. The AI training plans and the adaptive nutrition loop read that history — the coaching adapts to what the camera actually watched, which is the half of the loop an animated library never has.

Comparison questions

The questions people actually ask before choosing.

Is the Treino App actually free — what's the catch?

Partly, and the floor is the most legible in this family: "The first three workouts of every program are completely free" (the developer's own Play reply) plus free 3D exercise browsing — then the library, diary and diet side sit behind two doors, $6.99/month or $59.99/year in the US and R$ 14,90/month or R$ 139,90/year in Brazil (iOS listings read 2026-09-30; this page never divides the annual price by twelve). US reviewers read the shape the same way: "For free use is limited but is helpful for who is starting" (3★). What free never buys is the watching: no camera, no rep counting, no form feedback exists on any surface. RightRep's split is the mirror image — the camera, GPS, plans and 10 meal estimates a day free forever, the AI features behind a 7-day free trial then Pro at $9.99/month or $99.99/year. If an animated library to browse is the whole question, their floor answers it; this page exists for the reader who also wants the set observed.

Doesn't the Treino App have an AI now?

Yes — since the August 2026 update, "an AI Assistant that can build a complete plan in chat with workout days, exercises, sets, reps, and weights" (Play What's New). It is a plan generator, and this page's argument is not "our AI vs their AI" — model-versus-model comparisons are banned here as unanswerable. The difference is what each AI sits on top of: theirs writes a plan that nothing in the product ever sees executed — the diary is self-report; ours coaches from a record the camera wrote — 33 landmarks per frame, every completed rep counted and scored 0–100, history and analytics off observed sets. Generation and observation are different jobs; only one of them knows whether the workout happened.

Which one for home workouts with no equipment?

Their home posture is the core, not a mode — the Brazilian storefront is titled "Exercícios em Casa" with a women's home/abs subtitle, and the programs cover no-equipment home training with 3D demonstrations that work offline. That is a genuinely good floor for "what do I do at home with no equipment." RightRep answers the same query with the observed set: the same no-equipment home mode, but with the camera checking depth, tempo and faults, counting reps, scoring each one 0–100 — plus GPS for the run days, for which their listings expose no surface at all. Choose by what you want to happen during the workout, not before it.

What does each actually cost?

Treino App: free floor first — "The first three workouts of every program are completely free" — then, per the iOS listings read 2026-09-30, "Full unlimited access /monthly $6.99" and "/annual $59.99" in the US, "Acesso completo mensal R$ 14,90" and "anual R$ 139,90" in Brazil. Two doors, full prices only; no per-month math is invented on the annual door, and prices are re-verified quarterly. Trainer marketplace services carry no numbers to pin — "The Trainer independently sets the cost of their services" is the Terms' whole pricing statement, so that is what this page prints. RightRep: live form checks (10/day), GPS runs, race-goal training plans, history, the exercise library and 10 photo-AI meal estimates a day free forever; the AI features ride the 7-day free trial every account starts with, then Pro at $9.99/month or $99.99/year — one door, no structure to decode.

I'm in Brazil — which one?

Start with what's conceded: this is the app de treino em casa that Brazil actually uses — 4.85★ across 100.046 Brazilian ratings, №46 top-free Saúde e Fitness, a fully pt-BR storefront under its own title, shipping since 2016 (never blended with the US vantage: 4.74★ · 36.227 there; Play reads 4.5 US-vantage / 4.9 BR-vantage). The BR reviews carry the texture of a library, not a coach: "Os treinos estão desatualizados, muitos treinos não se usam mais" (1★); "Não há uma contagem média de calorias gasta por treino… Não há um suporte" (2★); "Se vc esquece de colocar no mesmo dia, já era" (3★) — all quoted as dated store reviews, no further than they go, and against the 5★ "Bom demais pra botar ritmo no treino e tempo de descanso." The BR doors are R$ 14,90/month · R$ 139,90/year (App Store BR, 2026-09-30); the Terms' own refund words — "The Company cannot refund the Client's money in case of a corresponding request" — are quoted verbatim below for the trust row, nothing added.

Who sees my data?

Their iOS privacy labels list everything as "Data Not Linked to You," including "Photos or Videos" collected for "Product Personalization" — with Apple's own "not verified by Apple" caveat — and the labels describe personalization, not coaching: no camera feature exists to send anything to. Google's data-safety sheet on Play (stated as Play's sheet, not iOS behavior) says the app "may share Financial info with third parties," collects personal and financial info plus five more categories, encrypts in transit and deletes on request. There is no third-party review surface to check the company against — no Trustpilot profile, no expert review found (searched 2026-10-01); the record lives in the storefronts. RightRep runs live pose analysis on the device — the live-check video is not uploaded — and the camera works before any account exists; the Apple Health / Health Connect export is free for everyone.

The terms record, verbatim

Every marketplace and refund statement on this page is the Terms of Use's own wording, quoted with nothing added: Terms of Use — fitnessonline.app — "The Trainer independently sets the cost of their services"; "All payments to the Trainer are made directly, bypassing the Company"; "The Trainer is not an employee, agent, or representative of the Company"; "The Company is NOT LIABLE for the actions of the Trainer"; "The Company cannot refund the Client's money in case of a corresponding request"; "does not bear any liability … physical injury, or pain"; governing law "the Republic of Uzbekistan"; and the trainer paid-services list reading "creating training programs; creating dietary and sports nutrition plans; prescribing anabolic steroids; providing monthly and one-time remote training" — the anabolic line reproduced because it is in the document, not because this page comments on it. Third-party coverage: none found — no Trustpilot profile, no expert review (searched 2026-10-01), which is itself stated rather than dramatized.

Prices and features change; this page is reviewed quarterly and on known Fitness Online changes — their store copy changed within the last year (AI Assistant, watch complications), so the next release note is a re-pin trigger. RightRep claims describe shipped behavior documented on the features page.
